Many organizations today ask employees to work across various boundaries with people who are not in their own group or department. This includes companies that have grown through acquisition, multi-national cross-functional teams and health care systems with many autonomous players. In these environments, hierarchy and authority are less important and new skills are required.

Join us for an “applications workshop” where you can identify tools and techniques to apply to your own situation. Our session will kick-off with a presentation by consultants from the Center for Applied Research, Inc. (CFAR) on influence styles and strategies. Following the presentation, join an industry-specific table to discuss how to use influence strategies to address questions like these:

About the Presenter

Mario Moussa is a Principal consultant with CFAR, Inc. a management consulting firm with offices in Philadelphia and Boston. Dr. Moussa teaches influence strategies as the Academic Director of several Wharton Executive Education programs as well as at conferences in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
