We know the demographic trends. We know the challenges we’ll face with an increasingly varied workforce. We know the predicted impact to our already strained talent supply. But do we as readily know what can we do to prepare for the inevitable aging, polarization and globalization of our workforce? Or how we should adapt our methods, processes and plans in the face of these trends?
Join our May program to learn best and “next” practices you can take back to the office and apply today. Our program speaker, Allan Schweyer of the Human Capital Institute, will highlight the findings from Ernst & Young and the Human Capital Institute’s 2006 research on America's aging workforce. Participants will receive the complete research paper and findings.
