Integrated Talent Management provides a strategic organization-wide focus on the development of current and potential talent. For example, High Potential Talent development strategies such as stretch assignments, cross-functional and international rotations, and short-term special project or taskforce assignments more often than not, involve virtual team work and leadership. In this session, expert Ana Reyes, New Worlds Enterprise and senior executive, Paul Orleman, Director of Top Talent Management, SAP Americas, will discuss incorporating the development of virtual teaming capabilities into integrated talent management efforts.
