Join David Jackson, Worldwide Partner and Communication Consultant in the Baltimore and Washington, DC offices of William H. Mercer Consulting, as he presents a case study of a successful cultural change effort 4 years into the client's process. David advises global clients on business strategy communication, organizational learning, and strategic human resource communication, and along with sharing this company's tale, he'll also share what's he learned over 20+ years in the business and invite us to join the conversation.  Furthermore, he will provide insight for your own career development by giving you perspective on successfully handling change as an HR person and how change impacts your own career growth.

About the Presenter

David Jackson advises Mercer’s global clients on business strategy communication, organizational learning, and strategic human resource communication. Before joining Mercer in 1992, David was a training and communication consultant for the Alexander Consulting Group (now Aon Consulting). He has also been a business school and college professor. David has a bachelor's degree from Occidental College, and a PhD degree in English from Columbia University.
