What is your background?
I started my career in Higher Education working a variety of role in Student Affairs Divisions of colleges and universities over 13 years culminating in the Dean of Student Office.  Many schools were then starting research into Leadership Development and I started to become very interested in identifying leaders and future leaders.  Shortly thereafter I fell into the executive recruiting world.  Over the last 10 years I have focused in the life sciences, medical devices, clinical research, engineering and most recently in human resources, accounting, finance, sales and marketing and other operationally oriented search and consulting work.

Where do you live?
I live in New Hope with my wife and three daughters.

How did you get interested in HR as a field?
My interest in HR stems from my experience in education both in the leadership development arena and talent management venues.  I saw first hand how strong programs in these areas can positively change both the individual and advance an entire institution.
