What is your background?

In both the corporate executive and independent consulting aspects of her eighteen year career, Ms. Clark has focused on enhancing Human Capital return on investment, for all size organizations – from entrepreneurial employers in growth mode to Fortune 50 publically traded corporations.   Drawing on her prior experience as a practicing attorney, Ms. Clark possesses a firm knowledge of employment laws and government contracting requirements.  Currently, Ms. Clark is Vice President Business Development for Aon Consulting, assisting employers with all aspects of the employee life cycle, in particular, benefits, talent strategies, corporate transactions and employee communication needs.

Where do you live? Exton, PA

How did you get interested in HR as a field? As an employment and labor litigator on the management side, it became undeniably clear that solid HR practices and a holistic approach to employee issues was the best prevention to legal issues for employers.

What are your responsibilities on the Board? Co-Chair of Membership Comittee, Program Committee Member
