How did you get interested in HR as a field?

As a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, I've gotten to know many HR leaders as we've dealt with their companies' 401k plans. Relationships are very important to me...and no there is no place within a company where the importance of relationships are given higher priority than within the HR Department.
