The Philadelphia Human Resource 3rd Annual Leadership Forum is proud to present: DAVE ULRICH
Thank You
On behalf of the Leadership Forum Committee and the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society, we would like to thank our Sponsors, Alliance Partners and attendees for joining us at our 3rd annual Leadership Forum on November 6th at the Union League in Philadelphia. Almost 350 participants, representing a unique cross-section of job levels, company size and industries, attended the program.
We are especially appreciative of Dave Ulrich, our featured presenter, a globally recognized thought leader on how the modern HR organization can add value to organizations through shared services, centers of expertise and the development of strong business partnerships. We’re grateful to him for sharing his wealth of knowledge and tremendous insights regarding creating real value from strong HR leadership. He provided us with a great overview of the new business realities and how to “think” and “behave” to support the transformation of HR within this new business context. This was especially important given our challenging economic environment.
There were many interesting, thought provoking discussions and exercises. Participants took away some good ideas on how HR can add value to customers, investors, managers and employees. Dave also provided some great first hand, real world examples of successful (and unsuccessful) HR transformations. It was a tremendously valuable and informative event.
We’re very excited about planning for our 4th Annual Leadership Forum for next year. Stay tuned for more details by visiting our web site. We look forward to exceeding your expectations with another premiere learning program.
