GENerate Performance! The Impact of a Multigenerational Workforce on Business Today
Overview:
We’ve all heard about the four generations in today’s workplace and their differences. However, we don’t talk enough about the significant impact that these workplace demographics have on businesses today. This session will bring together experts and business leaders from various industries to discuss the many advantages and challenges that a multigenerational workforce offers.
We will hear directly from these leaders and experts about how to address issues such as: recruiting, retention, customer service, succession planning and employee engagement. They will share real stories and examples of successes they have experienced with all of the generations as well as the concerns that come up the most.
We’ll also spend time talking specifically about communication, one of the generational differences that most significantly impacts business today. The world of social networking and media is here to stay and not everyone is happy about it. You’ll get some great tips and guidance on how best to leverage technology while accommodating the needs and desires of your multigenerational teams and customers.
