New Community of Practice - Executive Coaches
Dear PHRPS Member:
Are you a senior level executive coach? Want to learn from the best practices in the field? What to know how the best executive coaches handle the practical issues of maintaining your practice?
PHRPS invites current executive coaches to join a new community of practice to provide senior level executive coaches with:
- A peer supervision venue for continuing to develop their executive coaching skills
- A forum for remaining up to date on:
- Best practices for coaching
- Assessment tools
- Coaching results
- The wide range of coaching models
- Learning approaches include:
- Case study presentations
- Discussions of the latest executive coaching literature
- Presentations by experts in the field
- Roundtable discussions on relevant issues to help manage an executive coaching practice
Co-chaired by Robin Rodin and Richard Marcus, this community is open to executive coaches who have:
- An active coaching practice with at least five ongoing coaching engagements in the past two years, and,
- Who have worked in HR or HR-related or business fields for a minimum of 10 years
Meetings are held for two hours per month. Interested members should send their professional bios to Robin or Richard by October 20. Their goal is to host the first session in early November.
