Small group sessions provide HR and Talent Management leaders a forum to work with peers to maximize the manner in which they are positioning themselves in the market
Benefit: Collaborative support, guidance, focused informational training, targeted participation/contribution from professionals throughout our community.
Expectation of each participant: Bring a valuable take-away to share with the group (Warm lead, recap of article, excerpt from a recommended book, lesson learned).

Coaching Special Interest Group
Coaching -- Co-Chaired by Robin Rodin and Richard Marcus -- Are you a senior level executive coach? Want to learn from the best practices in the field? Want to know how the best executive coaches handle the practical issues of maintaining your practice?
The Executive Coaching SIG provides senior level executive coaches with:
- A peer supervision venue for continuing to develop their executive coaching skills
- A forum for remaining up to date on:
- Best practices for coaching
- Assessment tools
- Coaching results
- The wide range of coaching models
- Learning approaches include:
- Case study presentations
- Discussions of the latest executive coaching literature
- Presentations by experts in the field
- Roundtable discussions on relevant issues to help manage an executive coaching practice
Co-chaired by Robin Rodin and Richard Marcus, this SIG has members who have:
- An active coaching practice with at least five ongoing coaching engagements in the past two years, and,
- Who have worked in HR or HR-related or business fields for a minimum of 10 years
