Sponsorship
The Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society is the premier forum for the exchange of knowledge among the Greater Philadelphia Region’s human resource leaders who are actively involved in the application of strategic human resource practices to achieve business results.
History & Organization
Founded in 1979 as an affiliate of the Human Resource Planning Society, PHRPG meetings were initially held in monthly round table discussions. Over the years PHRPG grew in scope, size, sophistication, and reputation. Today, a volunteer Board of Directors and several standing committees guide the organization. PHRPG relies heavily on the active involvement and creativity of our members who continuously advance our association. We have recently changed our name from PHRPG (the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Group) to PHRPS (the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society), a name more consistent with our national affiliate.
